This place is nice, and has excellent wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped me find my lost necklace, and they've always been friendly and supportive.

newly renovated and well-maintained place, it has amicable staff on shift. its location is excellent & peaceful, right by a local diner, restaurants and businesses, and north jersey. there's cool la farina bakery at a moderate distance from the hotel, make desserts etc.

Had a REAL GOOD stay for one night or an extended stay, everything was really good. The staff were constantly genuinely helpful. Liked a kitchen area and a writing table in the room.

Clean accommodation, amicable and accommodating staff on shift. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the suite, plus a safe box, multi-channel television and a microwave. Had a handy kitchenette. Favourable and unbeatable location close to Parsippany and train station; quick check-in. The hotel of choice in Parsippany.

The rooms were spacious and quiet. Location was a beautiful and quiet setting but still near enough to restaurants/stores. Pleasant staff.

The staff was friendly but not too present; rooms were comfortable and very convenient with all the amenities including a nice kitchen area. Breakfast was excellent, the pool was just right... the location, for us, was out of the way, but for folks doing business in the area I would think it would provide a good location. Very reasonable rates.

The breakfasts were good, and the staff was professional and friendly. The place and guests were in great condition, and my room was quiet with respectful, upscale guests. I enjoyed that the cleanliness was great and felt overall very comfortable.

We got there very late and had a small room that I reserved online with a discount. The man at the desk upgraded us for no charge so we wouldn't have to use the pull-out couch. The next morning there was a mistake and the man from the night before had accidentally charged us for the upgrade after saying there wouldn't be an additional charge and the lady at the desk that morning was very helpful to remove the charge. I received a great discount online and neither my parents or I had to sleep on a couch.

The family suite featured a dining table and kitchenette, ideal for our needs. The breakfast had plenty of options like eggs, pancakes, and fruit, and the staff ensured the dining area remained clean and the food plentiful. The pull-out sofa bed wasn't prepared despite prior requests, leading to a frustrating check-in experience. The air conditioning and clock in the room were not functional.

This hotel was just a great fit for a weekend adventure in Parsippany with excellent value for money. The shower dispensers for shampoo and body wash were a nice touch, but one didn't work. Keep in mind that the noise from children playing in the hallways at night can be a bit disruptive.

Perfect for a family getaway

The staff was kind, especially the woman who took care of breakfast, she was a hard worker and it showed, made mornings pleasant.

It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly worth it for the comfort and kindness.

Clean room, spacious room, equipped with a full-size fridge and kitchenette making it easy to prepare meals, along with a free breakfast that was a good surprise and convenient location with ample free parking.

Spacious suite was great for crafting, but check-in took forever with only one staff.

The location was perfect, and we enjoyed exploring local restaurants and attractions. The hotel was clean and cute, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads up, occasionally there might be limited amenities due to maintenance, so it's good to check ahead.

We had a little hiccup when checking in. The phone didn't work in our room, and we had to go down for assistance, a bit inconvenient.
